Maseru is the capital of Lesotho, home to the iconic Basotho Hat (Mokorotlo) monument - a distinctive conical straw hat that has become the national symbol of the Mountain Kingdom. This traditional headwear, inspired by the shape of Mount Qiloane, represents Basotho cultural identity and pride.
